This way he inserts himself in the Salesian tradition where all the formulations reveal an educational theory which was, to some extent, experimental, practiced, evaluated and improved upon tirelessly in the educational laboratory which we know as the Oratory in Valdocco. As the author states, putting a framework into place is only a starting point for using it as a guide for development of leaders and of leadership capacity. The appreciation of the presented theoretical framework is, therefore, connected with the wishes to develop fruitful methodologies, models and practices''.
